Apart from `setup.py install` not being supported for much longer, some recipes broke on Python 3.14, because it has no `distutils` package.

On Python 3.14, recipes such as msgpack wouldn't build anymore, because the way
setup.py install -O2did its byte-compiling called intodistutils, a package that no longer exists in Python 3.14. This PR replacessetup.py install, but not any other calls tosetup.py, withpip install.
